Judy and Nick Gifford Judy Gifford's Henson horses Nick Gifford's vintage Citroen

Former film directors Judith and Nick Gifford decided to move from England to France and change direction completely by starting a new business.


That they supply the most upmarket, organic, handmade jams and marmalades to some of the world most famous hotels came about by accident. Judith found an old recipe and made marmalade initially to sell in local markets. When the Costes in Paris gave them an order, the Tea Together products launched in earnest. There are no 'exotic' fruits, everything is made from local fruit as well as seasonal picking in Kent.


They have brought up their 3 children in France, make all the products in their farmyard in the Pas de Calais and have restored the ancient house using many tiles supplied by their friend Agnes Emery.


Nick has a passion for old cars and Judith loves her 2 Henson horses, a recently recognised local breed.
